Wellies Tea Rooms is a beautiful barn conversion in rural Sussex countryside, a friendly informal tea room where you can catch up with friends or family. Pop in for breakfast, lunch or classic afternoon tea.
We are only five minutes from Chichester, close to Goodwood and Kingley Vale. Our food is locally sourced and home made on the premises. You can enjoy a glass of wine or beer with your meal, and you can even bring your dog, as we do allow well behaved dogs in the cafe.
